Warranty Policy

At D’Velio, we design timepieces and jewelry for daily wear with lasting materials and careful craftsmanship. Our warranty options are clear, fair, and made to give you peace of mind from day one.

 

Standard Warranty — Watch

Coverage: Manufacturing defects and water ingress within the model’s stated water-resistance rating for 2 years from the purchase date.
Examples: defective movement; hands/indices/crown stem coming loose due to production fault; caseback/gasket seal failure within rated WR; clasp or link failure caused by a manufacturing defect.

Exclusions (all warranties): normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, natural patina), accidental damage, misuse/impacts/crushing, loss or theft, chemical damage (perfume, solvents, chlorine/sauna), exposure beyond product specs, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and routine consumables (e.g., straps, batteries, gaskets, plating wear from abrasion).

 

Additional Warranty — Watch

Extend your watch coverage to a total of five years from the original purchase date. This add-on mirrors the scope of our Standard Warranty—covering manufacturing defects and water ingress within the model’s stated specifications—and adds Shipping Protection for the same order.

What’s included

With the extension active, your watch remains protected for five years under the same terms as the Standard Warranty. In addition, Shipping Protection safeguards the shipment for that order: if a parcel is lost in transit, goes missing before any confirmed delivery scan, or arrives damaged, we’ll step in. For approved warranty cases after delivery, we repair or replace your watch with the same model, or a like-for-like equivalent if it’s no longer available. For approved shipping issues during transit, we arrange a reshipment or replacement; where the original model isn’t available, we’ll offer an equivalent alternative or store credit/refund.

How it works

The add-on applies only to the specific watch it’s purchased for and to the shipment(s) in that order. Coverage begins on the original purchase date, not the date you bought the add-on. For shipping claims, email contact@dvelio.com with your order number, tracking details, and clear photos of the packaging and item. Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date for a lost shipment, or within 14 days of receipt for damage on arrival.

Exclusions

This add-on does not cover carrier delays, address errors provided by the customer, customs holds or fees, nor incidents after a confirmed delivery scan (e.g., theft from a doorstep post-delivery). All general warranty exclusions continue to apply, including normal wear and tear, misuse or exposure beyond specifications, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and other limitations outlined in our policy.

 

 

Lifelong Warranty — Jewelry (Necklaces & Bracelets)

All D’Velio necklaces and bracelets are protected for the life of the product.
If your jewelry breaks, loses color/finish, or becomes defective under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

Applies to: Jewelry on our website (necklaces & bracelets).
Does not apply to: Watches or third-party alterations.

Not covered: normal wear (fine surface marks, expected finish softening), accidental damage, bending/crushing, chemical damage (perfume, lotions, chlorine), loss/theft, or issues arising from misuse or non-D’Velio alterations.

Note: Lifelong Warranty applies to necklaces & bracelets and includes one (1) free replacement per item.

 

 

How to Use Your Warranty

Email us: contact@dvelio.com with your order number and product name.

Show the issue: Attach clear photos/video and a short description.Assessment & remedy: We’ll review and confirm next steps. Approved claims result in repair or replacement (for jewelry, replacement is free; for watches, per the applicable warranty). If the original model is discontinued, we’ll provide a comparable alternative.

Important Information

Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser.

Add-on mapping: If you buy an Additional Warranty — Watch in an order with multiple items, purchase one add-on per watch or tell us exactly which watch it applies to; unassigned add-ons are not valid.

Category scope: Watches = 2-year Standard Warranty; optional Additional Warranty extends total to 5 years. Jewelry (necklaces & bracelets) = Lifelong Warranty with free replacement for covered issues; this does not cover watches.

Remedies are limited to repair or replacement (or store credit where appropriate). Consequential or incidental damages, loss, and theft are not covered.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
